Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All Items are shipped from our facility in Monaghan Town, Ireland.
Postage areas include Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe, USA and Canada.
Orders placed before 11 a.m. GMT will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank holidays and public holidays..
All shipping rates to Ireland are a flat rate fee of €5.95
Parcels are dispatched through An Post with an expected delivery time of 1 to 2 working days
All shipping rates to the United Kingdom are a flat rate fee of €5.50 excluding taxes
Parcels are dispatched First Class through the Royal Mail with an expected delivery time of 2 to 3 working days
Small parcels to Europe less than 500g are a fee of €7.45
Medium Parcels to Europe over 500g vary depending on total weight
Parcels are dispatched with international tracking through the local national carrier with an expected delivery time of 5 to 7 working days
USA and Canada:
Small parcels to USA & Canada less than 500g are a fee of €7.45
Medium Parcels to USA & Canada over 500g vary depending on total weight
Parcels are dispatched with international tracking through the local national carrier with an expected delivery time of 7 to 10 working days
Buyers in the USA and Canada are responsible for the any import taxes and charges incurred during the delivery.
All orders to Ireland, Europe, USA & Canada are shipped through An Post and are then transferred to the local national carrier

Returns & Refunds
If you have sent us a return and have a query regarding your refund / exchange then please message us at email@example.com
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer returns / exchanges / store credit where necessary. Please note that this policy only applies to products purchased online. Our returns policy for online purchases is as follows:
Returns are accepted within a 30 day period from the delivery date. The buyer is responsilbe for the cost of the return postage.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the return item arrives with us. We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items which we have not received. Sending your item by recorded (registered) post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in the condition in which they were received. Late returns will be not be accepted.
The original invoice should be included with the return to speed up the exchange / refund process.
Please indicate if you prefer an exchange / store credit or refund for your return.
If you wish to exchange your item for another let us know ASAP so that we can reserve the requested item for you. Exchanges are shipped free from Mahogany Green and can take up to 14 days to be processed and will be delivered within 1-3 days once shipped.
Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed and refunded. If your refund has not been completed within 1 week, please contact us and we’ll follow it up for you.
The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging in tact in an “as new” condition that you would expect to receive an item in.
Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.
